Return & Exchange Policy

Please allow 3-7 business days for the successful delivery of your parcel by Standard Delivery, if over 7 days, please see contact us.  Orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post and have a tracking number.

Please  choose carefully to avoid additional postage costs. You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item purchased:

  1.  unknowing had a problem. 

  2. Is unsafe

  3. Is significantly different from the sample or description

If you change your mind we offer a returns policy where the following conditions are met:


  1. The item must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached.

  2. All returns must be made within 21 days of order date.

  3. Refund will exclude any postage costs. ​


Returns may take up to 2-7 business days to reach us. Once received we will process your request within 3-5 business days. We will email you once your order has been refunded or an exchange is on its way.
